Not as a slogan. Not as a settlement. As a fact — recorded by the lineage, for the lineage, against the day the state forgets him again.

What is on the Record
The ledger, so far.
What follows is what the public record holds today. Where the state’s account is incomplete, the entry is marked Open. The Enclave will not invent what it does not know — and will not forget what it does.
Entry IEarly April · MMXXV
Tamion Kenon, a 34-year-old Black man, is taken into the custody of the Fort Bend County jail system. He is alive. He is awaiting his day in court.

Entry II3 April · MMXXV
Within roughly forty-eight hours of being booked in, Tamion is found unresponsive in his cell. He is pronounced dead. He never reaches the arraignment that was being prepared for him.
Manner of deathPending
Entry IIIThe days after
An outside investigation is opened. The county begins its own internal review. Tamion’s family is told some of what happened, and not told other parts. Gloria, his mother, begins asking the questions the record will not answer on its own.

Entry IVThis page
The Enclave files this libation under the Pillar of Emancipated — the unfinished obligations of freedom. We hold the entry open. We add what is verified. We strike nothing. We remove nothing. The record remembers.

Tamion Kenon — In His Own Life
Tamion Kenon · Fort Bend County, Texas · Son of Gloria
She Is Not a Footnote to His Page
Before he was a name on the docket, he was a name she said every day.
Gloria.
His mother.
She matters —
in her own right. Not because she lost him. Because she raised him.And because she is still here, asking.
Five Asks · Plainly Stated
What the lineage requires of the county.
A libation does not replace an answer. It accompanies one. These are the items the Enclave will track on Tamion’s page until they are met — one by one, in writing, by name.
i.
A full, independent autopsy — released to the family.
Not a summary. Not a press line. The complete report, in the family’s hands, before it is in any other hands. Gloria reads it first.
ii.
The custody timeline, hour by hour, named officer by named officer.
Who was working. Who saw him last. When the last cell check was logged. When the next one was. The county already has this. The family does not. The gap is the asking.
iii.
The full video. Unedited. Released.
Whatever cameras exist — intake, hallway, cell-block. If a camera was off or covered, that fact is itself a finding. An empty frame is an answer.
iv.
The medical record from booking forward.
Every intake screening, every requested medication, every flag raised by Tamion or anyone else. What was asked. What was answered. What was filed. What was not.
v.
A standing review of every in-custody death in Fort Bend County, made public.
Tamion’s name does not stand alone. A county that loses people in its cells owes the lineage an audit, in plain language, on a public page. Names. Dates. Findings. Outcomes.

Support Gloria.
Gloria Kenon is asking the questions Fort Bend County has not answered. If she sets up a fundraiser for legal costs, memorial, or justice advocacy — it will be listed here. Funds go directly to her, not through us.

The Record Stays Open
The Enclave will not close this page. We will follow every update and post it here until the Five Asks are answered.
