E5 ENCLAVE
— A lineage-led think tank comprised of a Coalition of the Willing. —
— The Record —

Dispatches from the Coalition.

Three documents anchor the founding work — a Think Tank dispatch, the foundational record of the harms we repair, and the campaign framework for restitution. Each is published openly, audited against practice, and built to be cited.

How The Record works

Published openly. Built to be cited.

I.Open Record

Every paper enters The Record with named authorship, a published methodology section, and a citation block. What is measured cannot be dismissed.

II.Dual-source verification

Empirical claims carry dual-source verification where the evidence permits it. The methodology section names both sources and any unresolved open questions.

III.Living documents

The Record updates. When evidence sharpens, when methodology improves, when an open question closes — the record reflects it, with named, dated revisions in the changelog.
