Kay Coles James.
This place on the wall is reserved. The biographical record is withheld until the living-elder consent gate is complete.
Archival hold
E5 Enclave does not publish a living elder’s biographical dossier without written consent, a factual-review window, and rights-cleared portraiture. Those gates are not yet complete, so no profile is published here.
Status: WITHHELD. Required before release: written consent; a 10-business-day factual review; confirmation of the elder’s preferred name and boundaries; and a licensed, public-domain, or commissioned portrait with documented rights. This hold is the protocol working as intended.
Reservation is not publication.
The Continuum distinguishes ancestors from living elders. This route preserves the planned place on the wall while protecting the living elder’s agency. It contains no substantive biography, private associations, ideological analysis, or likeness beyond typographic initials.
Once the consent gate clears, the completed dossier will be sourced, tiered, reviewed, and entered into the public corrections ledger under the same standard governing every record in this archive.
